Victorian Scallop With Vintage Button

I really wanted to have this done for the Vintage challenge in but dudes, it took me FOUR TRIES to get the size and positioning of the pearl edging right (changed the size of the pearls twice and then finally ended up doing them as picots.) But the end result was worth it, it was just what I imagined for the background to that button. I love that button. I will have to show this to the Button Lady that I get my vintage buttons from twice a year. Now I have to figure out what to do with the round one...

My original design, copyright me 2013, one of a kind scallop choker crocheted with black bedspread cotton and three different sizes of faux pearls, featuring one vintage button from the 1930's (I think). Ties on with black organza ribbon. Will eventually be for sale at my Etsy store here [link]
